CLASSIC FM ARTS DAILY
For three years (2007 - 2010) and approximately 1000 episodes, Classic FM Arts Daily reported the arts and music scene in the UK and around the world.
Written, produced and presented by Rob Jones.
During its extensive run, sponsored by Sky Arts, it included interviews with stars as diverse as Bryn Terfyl, Evelynne Glennie, Julian Lloyd Webber, and Peter Maxwell Davies, to Lorna Luft, Henry Winkler, Jonnathan Dimbleby, Peter Sallis, Mickey Rooney, and Bradley Walsh.
It featured musicians and conductors from a host of orchestras and ensembles worldwide, and visited festivals in the US, Germany, Brazil, Colombia, and Finland.
Classic FM Arts Daily was replaced in 2010 by The Classic FM Podcast, written and produced by Rob Jones and presented by Anne-Marie Minhall.
Now weekly, the show focussed on big name interviews and movie releases, such as ‘The King’s Speech.’
